To ensure that the system recognizes this data correctly, please keep the following in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the products you want to import from the Excel file already exist in the system. Otherwise, they will not be recognized. It is recommended to use the product code rather than its name, as typing the name differently from what is in the system may lead to recognition issues.<\/li>\n<li>Display the invoice data in the Excel file in a specific format as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Column 1: &#8220;Product Name&#8221; You can enter either the item name or its code as registered in the system. It is recommended to use the item code to ensure accurate recognition.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v75ziu\" data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"475\"><strong data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"404\">Quantity: <\/strong>Represents the number of units for each item added to the invoice.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"126iqlv\" data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"599\"><strong data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"494\">Unit Price: <\/strong>The selling price per unit of the item, which is used to calculate the total value of the line item.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"epo876\" data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"751\"><strong data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"629\">Cost Center Name\/Code: <\/strong>Used to assign a cost center to each line item, helping accurately allocate costs and revenues in accounting reports.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"15m40r7\" data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"903\"><strong data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"773\">Tracking Data: <\/strong>Used to enter item tracking details (if applicable), and should be filled based on the tracking type enabled for the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"1124\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"914\">Note: <\/strong>The <strong data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"940\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u201cTracking Data\u201d<\/strong> column appears only if tracking is enabled for the product.
