First Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deactivate the “Invoice Preview Before Saving”<\/strong> Option for All Users<\/p>\n

You can deactivate the invoice preview option before saving for all users in the account by following these steps:<\/p>\n

1. Click on “Sales<\/strong>” from the main menu.
\n2. Click on “Sales Settings<\/strong>“.
\n3. Click on “Invoicing Settings<\/strong>“.
\n4. On this page, deactivate the option “Invoice Preview Before Saving”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After saving, the preview option will no longer appear during invoice creation until it is re-enabled.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

However, by disabling this option, the ability to preview the invoice before saving will be deactivated for all users, including the account admin.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Steps to Block the Invoice Preview Page for a Specific Role<\/p>\n

1. From the main menu, click on “Employees<\/strong>“.
\n2. Click on “Manage Employee Roles<\/strong>“.
\n3. Click on the “Blocked Pages<\/strong>” button next to the role you want to block the invoice preview for.<\/p>\n

Copy these links for blocking invoice preview:<\/p>\n

To block preview in the browser: owner\/invoices\/preview\/<\/p>\n

To block preview through PDF: *owner\/invoices\/preview.pdf<\/p>\n

Paste them into the restricted pages for this role and click “Submit<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Each line from the above should be placed on a separate line by pressing “Enter<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n
