                      • End Date<\/b>: Optional if the order spans multiple days.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Attachments<\/b>: Upload supporting files if needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Description<\/b>: Add operational notes or special instructions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                            • The 200 is added as a balance in the sender\u2019s account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                              If the sender has an unpaid previous invoice (e.g., 60), the system automatically uses the newly added balance to settle it.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                              After settlement:<\/span><\/p>\n

                                              • The invoice status changes automatically to <\/span>Paid<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                              • The remaining sender balance becomes 140.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                This remaining amount can later be settled via a <\/span>Disbursement Voucher<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                Settling the Sender\u2019s Account<\/span><\/h3>\n

                                                To settle the sender\u2019s outstanding balance:<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                1. Go to <\/span>Finance<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                2. Select <\/span>Expenses<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                3. Click <\/span>Add New Expense<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                4. Enter the payable balance amount (e.g., 140).<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                5. Choose the sender\u2019s sub-account.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                6. Add a description (e.g., Balance Settlement).<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                7. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                  After completing these steps, the sender\u2019s balance becomes zero.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                  Post-Delivery Invoice Behavior<\/span><\/h3>\n

                                                  After delivery, the system automatically generates an invoice for remaining shipping fees (e.g., 40).<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                  The predefined shipping tax configured in system settings is applied automatically, and the invoice includes a line item named <\/span>Shipping Costs<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
