Normally, you can send login details to a client as long as they have an email address registered in their profile, as shown in the following image.<\/p>\n

However, sometimes the \u201cSend Login Details to Client<\/strong>\u201d option does not appear even if the client\u2019s email is present. If you encounter this issue, try the following steps:<\/p>\n

Click on \u201cSales Settings<\/strong>\u201d under \u201cSales<\/strong>\u201d in the main menu, then select \u201cInvoice Settings<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Go back and create a new client most likely, the client\u2019s Billing Method field will now appear.<\/p>\n

From the dropdown menu in the \u201cInvoicing<\/strong> Method<\/strong>\u201d field, choose \u201cBoth<\/strong> (Print and Email),<\/strong>\u201d then click “Save<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Next, open the profile of the client you want to send login details to and click \u201cEdit<\/strong>.\u201d Make sure the Billing Method in the client profile is set to \u201cSend via Email<\/strong>\u201d and that the email address is correct. Then click “Save<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

After completing these steps, the \u201cSend Login Details to Client<\/strong>\u201d option should appear and function normally.<\/p>\n
