If the <\/span>tax number<\/b> and <\/span>commercial registration<\/b> are not appearing on the Client\u2019s invoice or in the Client profile when adding or editing it, you only need to enable a simple setting.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the main menu, go to <\/span>\u201cClients\u201d<\/b>, open the <\/span>\u201cClient Settings\u201d<\/b> dropdown, then click the <\/span>\u201cClients Settings\u201d<\/b> card.<\/span><\/p>\n

Set the <\/span>Client Type<\/b> to <\/span>\u201cBusiness Only\u201d<\/b> or <\/span>\u201cBoth Individual & Business\u201d<\/b>, as the tax number and commercial registration do not appear for <\/span>Individual<\/b> Clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

When adding a new Client or editing an existing Client profile, select <\/span>Business<\/b> as the Client type.<\/span>
\n<\/span>The <\/span>Commercial Registration<\/b> and <\/span>Tax Card (Tax Number)<\/b> fields will then appear.<\/span><\/p>\n
