From the main menu, click \u201cPurchases<\/strong>\u201d, then select \u201cPurchase Settings<\/strong>\u201d, and choose \u201cInvoicing Settings<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Enable the \u201cCustom Journal Description Template<\/strong>\u201d option, then click \u201cFull Variables Guide<\/strong>\u201d to view the list of available variables and select the one you want to use.\"\"<\/p>\n

From the variables guide, copy the variable \u201cPurchaseorder note<\/strong>\u201d from the “Purchase invoices<\/strong>” list.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Paste the variable code into the designated box, as shown in the image below.<\/p>\n

Then, click \u201cSave<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

After saving the settings, the system will automatically redirect you to the “Purchase Invoices<\/strong>” screen. Click the \u201cAdd Purchase Invoice<\/strong>\u201d button at the top of the page.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Add the supplier from the dedicated list, then enter the invoice items, including products, quantities, and prices.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

At the bottom of the invoice items table, you\u2019ll find the “Notes<\/strong>” field.
\nAdd the required note here, it will appear in both the invoice details and the related journal entry.<\/p>\n

Click \u201cSave<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

You will see that the note has been successfully added to the invoice, as shown in the image below.<\/p>\n

Now, go to the invoice journal entry by clicking the journal entry number at the top of the invoice screen. This will take you directly to the related entry details.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll notice that the description\/note added to the invoice also appears in the journal entry.<\/p>\n
