The system allows you to manage your client structure in a more organized way by creating a main client and linking sub-client to it. This helps you track transactions for a group of clients tied to one entity, such as companies and their branches, or institutions and their affiliates. It simplifies account, sales, and reporting management in a fully integrated and accurate manner.<\/p>\n

Choose \u201cAccount Routing<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Under \u201cSales<\/strong>\u201d in clients, select the routing type \u201cSpecify Main Account per Each<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Navigate to \u201cClients<\/strong>\u201d by selecting: Assets \u2192 Current Assets \u2192 Accounts Receivable \u2192 Clients<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click the \u201cAdd Account<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n

Choose \u201cMain Account<\/strong>\u201d as the account type, enter the account name, then click \u201cSave<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

You can now create a new client with the name of the desired branch and directly link it to the main client so it appears as a sub-branch.<\/p>\n

Click \u201cClients<\/strong>\u201d, then select \u201cAdd New Client<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

In the \u201cName<\/strong>\u201d field, enter the branch name you want to link to the main account.<\/p>\n

At the bottom of the \u201cAdd Client<\/strong>\u201d screen, select the \u201cMain Account<\/strong>\u201d you created earlier.<\/p>\n

When you return to the “Chart of Accounts<\/strong>“, you will notice that the branch account has been successfully added under the company\u2019s main account, as shown in the following image.<\/p>\n

\nChoose the main account you created earlier to view its details, then click \u201cView Report<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n
