In this guide, we’ll guide you through the steps to add a payment to an invoice directly from the sales screen, including using loyalty points for payment if available.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

From the main menu, click on “POS<\/strong>” then click “Start Selling<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Select a client and add the desired product to the invoice to proceed with adding a payment.<\/p>\n

Once the client and product have been added, click on \u201cPayment\u201d<\/strong> to move to the payment screen.<\/p>\n

In the payment screen, you can enter the amount to be paid, whether it\u2019s a full or partial payment, and choose the preferred payment method.<\/p>\n

If the selected client has accumulated loyalty points, these will be displayed on the POS screen along with their equivalent monetary value. The client can choose to redeem these points as a full or partial payment toward the invoice, reducing the total amount due accordingly.<\/p>\n

Then click on the button “Confirm<\/strong>” and the invoice will be paid successfully.<\/p>\n
