You can approve or reject requests directly from the employee\u2019s individual leave application or from the main list of all leave applications. In this tutorial, we\u2019ll walk you through both methods in detail to help you handle leave approvals effectively.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]From the main menu, click on “Leave Application<\/strong>” in the dropdown menu of\u00a0 “Attendance<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Choose a pending leave application that requires action.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s assume this application is to be rejected. Click the \u201cRejected<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n

The status of the application is now \u201cRejected<\/strong>,\u201d as displayed below.<\/p>\n

Click the three dots \u2018\u2026<\/strong>\u2019 next to the leave application that requires action.<\/p>\n

In this case, the leave application is accepted, so we click the ‘Approve<\/strong>‘ button.<\/p>\n

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to add an approval comment in the dialog box if needed. Then, click the ‘Approve<\/strong>‘ button.<\/p>\n

The status of the application is now “Approved<\/strong>” as displayed below.<\/p>\n
