This feature allows you to efficiently update attendance records in bulk, saving time and reducing manual entry errors. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth import process.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]From the main menu, click on “Attendance Days<\/strong>” in the dropdown of “Attendance<\/strong>“. Then click the button “Import<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Ensure that the Excel file is prepared, including all the attendance days data to be uploaded to the system, such as the Employee’s Name, Date, Status, Leave Type, Leave Count, Sign-In, Sign-Out.<\/span><\/p>\n

Choose the\u00a0\u201cComma Separated ( , )\u201d<\/b>\u00a0option and click on\u00a0\u201cChoose File\u201d<\/b>\u00a0to upload the desired Excel file from your device.<\/p>\n
