Adding notes and attachments for a manufacturing plan can be used to inform system users about specific details related to the manufacturing plan, to store important files, or even as a way to categorize manufacturing plans based on particular notes or attachments using tags.<\/p>\n

Then, click on the manufacturing order file to which you want to add a note\/attachment.<\/p>\n

Click on the \u201cAdd Note & Attachment\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Enter the following information:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Date and Time:<\/strong>\u00a0Specify the date and time for adding the note or attachment.<\/li>\n
  • Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Write the desired notes in the box.<\/li>\n
  • Attachments:<\/strong> Add the required files as an attachment to the manufacturing order either by clicking on the \u201cUpload\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button or by dragging and dropping the attachment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Below the attachments, you can add a tag to categorize specific notes and attachments, which will help you easily search and filter them later.<\/p>\n

    • The date and time when the note or attachment was added.<\/li>\n
    • The employee who added the note or attachment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
