  • Choose the “Comma Separated<\/strong>” option and click on “Choose File<\/strong>” to upload the desired Excel file from your device.<\/li>\n
  • Select the invoice status as “Issued<\/strong>” if you want to import the invoices as actual invoices, or “Draft<\/strong>” if you want to review the invoices after importing them and then convert them into actual invoices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    • Note: If each column has a header like “Date<\/strong>” or “Unit Price<\/strong>,” do not enable the option “Import first row<\/strong>.” However, if there is no header for each column, enable this option to avoid missing any data during the upload process.<\/li>\n
    • Note: If the “Auto generate invoice numbers<\/strong>” option is enabled, the system will automatically assign invoice numbers to follow the natural sequence in the system. If not enabled, you must include a column for invoice numbers in the Excel file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

      Match the data in the Excel file containing the invoices with the corresponding fields in the system. For example, if the column header for the invoice date in the Excel file is “Date<\/strong>,” select this header to match the “Invoice Date<\/strong>” field in the system so that the system can recognize each data type being uploaded. Then, click the “Import<\/strong>” button.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      Note: The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields for invoices, and you should include them in the Excel file. As for the other fields, you can leave them blank if you don’t want to upload them through the Excel file.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

      A message will appear showing the number of invoices that were successfully imported, as well as those that failed to import, with the error reason specified so you can fix the issues that caused the failure.<\/p>\n

      After successfully importing the invoices via the Excel file, you can go to “Manage Invoices<\/strong>” from the “Sales<\/strong>” dropdown in the main menu to find the invoices you uploaded to the system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
