In addition to the default invoice template, the system offers several other templates that you can use as they are or modify by adding or removing fields or changing the design. To access the invoice templates for design modifications, click on \u201cPrintable Templates<\/strong>\u201d under \u201cTemplates<\/strong>\u201d in the main menu, then select either \u201cInvoice\/Estimates Layouts<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cPurchase Invoice Layouts<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The templates that you have already modified will appear. You can click on the three dots next to one of these templates and select “Edit,” or choose a different template by clicking the “New Layout” button.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Click on “Item Columns<\/strong>,” then click on the dropdown menu and select “Warehouse<\/strong>.” After that, click the “Save<\/strong>” button within the item columns, and then “Save<\/strong>” for the template itself.<\/p>\n
