From the main menu click on “Sales<\/strong>“, then “Sales Settings<\/strong>” from the dropdown, and choose the “Invoicing Settings<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Mark the check box of the feature then click on “Save<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Choose a client from the client’s list and enter the rest of the invoice data, then click on “Save<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

In this example the client “Muhammed<\/strong>” has no available credit in his account, so when we click on “Manage<\/strong> Invoices<\/strong>” we’ll find the invoice labeled as “Unpaid<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Enter the credit “Amount<\/strong>” and “Payment Method<\/strong>” then click on “Add Payment<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

We’ll find that the invoice is now labeled as “Paid<\/strong>” and the amount is deducted from the client’s payment credit.<\/p>\n
