You now see part of the default screen for suppliers, which you can be content with if there is no need to create a new field.<\/p>\n

If you want to add a field to the customer files, you can go to “Supplier Settings”<\/b> under “Purchases”<\/b> in the main menu. Then click on “Custom Fields”<\/b>.<\/p>\n

A list of available field types appears, all you need to do is drag and drop and adjust the settings as shown.<\/p>\n

The field key must be unique, it is not allowed to repeat the same key for more than one field otherwise an error message will appear: “(Field name) has a duplicate value.”<\/p>\n

You can add dynamic fields that link to a database automatically established by the system such as the country database or your own database such as clients you have added to the system.<\/p>\n

Choose the database you want to link the field to from the “Entity” dropdown menu.<\/p>\n

The additional fields in clients will appear this way after saving.<\/p>\n
