Product names and descriptions are added in English through the &#8220;Secondary Language&#8221; feature, and the client data is added in English through the client&#8217;s additional fields, then you choose the display method that suits you:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 0 0 16px; padding-left: 26px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\"><strong style=\"color: #111827;\">One template in both languages:<\/strong> the product name and description appear in Arabic and English together in the same invoice.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; If you edit the product&#8217;s English name later, the previously saved invoices don&#8217;t change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold; color: #111827; margin: 32px 0 14px; padding-bottom: 8px; border-bottom: 2px solid #eef0f3;\">Assigning Additional Fields for the Client for Client Data in English<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">The secondary language feature is for products only, so the client data in English is added through additional fields in the client&#8217;s file. To assign these fields, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin: 0 0 16px; padding-left: 26px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Click &#8220;Clients&#8221; from the main menu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Click &#8220;Client Settings.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">After enabling the secondary language, the default Item and Description columns in the invoice templates automatically show the Arabic name and the English name together, separated by a ( \/ ) sign. So you can use your current template without editing its columns.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin: 0 0 16px; padding-left: 26px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Click &#8220;Templates&#8221;
