The system allows you to launch an Onboarding<\/strong> or Offboarding<\/strong> tasks directly from an employee\u2019s profile. This automatically creates the tasks defined in the configured template and assigns them to the selected employee, without requiring you to navigate to the Task Flows<\/strong> screen.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Open the Employee Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the main menu, click Employees<\/strong>, then select Manage Employees<\/strong>, and open the required employee\u2019s profile.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Open the Additional Options Menu<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the top of the employee profile, click the \u201c\u2026\u201d<\/strong> icon to open the additional options menu.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Select the Required Action<\/strong><\/p>\n

Select Launch Onboarding Tasks<\/strong> to launch the employee\u2019s onboarding flow.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, select Launch Offboarding Tasks<\/strong> to launch the employee\u2019s offboarding flow.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Confirm the Launch<\/strong><\/p>\n

A confirmation message appears: \u201cAre you sure you want to launch this task flow for the employee?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click Yes<\/strong> to confirm.<\/p>\n

Once confirmed, the system creates a new Task Flow for the employee. The tasks defined in the configured Onboarding or Offboarding template are created and assigned to the selected employee, and all generated tasks start with the To Do<\/strong> status.<\/p>\n
