The system’s booking calendar allows you to manage all your bookings in a visually organized layout. You can navigate between days, weeks, and months, add new bookings with a single click on any time slot, track waiting and unassigned bookings, and drag and drop bookings between employees and time slots with ease.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  1. From the main menu, click “Bookings<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  2. Click “Manage Bookings<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  3. Click “Switch to Beta Version<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  4. The calendar opens directly on the last view used.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A dropdown at the top right of the screen lets you choose the view mode. Click it and select the appropriate view:<\/p>\n

    Month View<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Displays all days of the month in a weekly grid.<\/li>\n
    • A scheduled booking appears with its start time and client name \u2014 for example: 12:00 AM \u2014 Client.<\/li>\n
    • A waiting booking appears with an hourglass icon and the client name with no time.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0The current day is highlighted with a distinct color.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Displays the seven days of the week in side-by-side columns with a time axis on the left.<\/li>\n

          • Today button:<\/strong> Returns you to the current date immediately at any time.<\/li>\n
          • Date field in the center:<\/strong> Click it and type or select a specific date to jump to it directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Bookings appear on the calendar in two easily distinguishable forms:<\/p>\n

            • Scheduled booking:<\/strong> Appears with the start time and client name \u2014 for example: 12:00 AM \u2014 John Doe. Sorted in ascending order by start time.<\/li>\n
            • Waiting booking:<\/strong> Appears with an hourglass icon instead of a time and the client name \u2014 no fixed start time. Always appears at the top of the column before all scheduled bookings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              In the monthly view bookings appear in abbreviated form \u2014 switch to the daily or weekly view to see more details.<\/p>\n

              • Click on any empty time slot in the calendar.<\/li>\n
              • A side panel opens with the date and time pre-filled from the slot you clicked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Search for and select the client by name or number. (Required)<\/li>\n
                • Click “+Add Service<\/strong>” to add the required service. (Required)<\/li>\n
                • You can edit the date and time by clicking the pencil icon at the top of the panel.<\/li>\n
                • You can add more than one service to the same booking by clicking “+Add Service<\/strong>” again.<\/li>\n
                • Click “Save”<\/strong> to save the booking and add it to the calendar, or click “Checkout<\/strong>” to navigate to the POS payment screen and generate an invoice immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  A waiting booking does not require a fixed start time and always appears at the top of the calendar column before all scheduled bookings.<\/p>\n

                  Prerequisite<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  Make sure the “Allow adding services without a fixed start time<\/strong>” setting is enabled under Booking Settings \u2192 Booking Workflow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                  Steps to Add a Waiting Booking<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. Click on any time slot in the calendar.<\/li>\n
                  2. Select the client and service.<\/li>\n
                  3. When setting the service start time via the “Edit<\/strong>” button check the “Add to Waiting List<\/strong>” checkbox.<\/li>\n
                  4. After enabling the checkbox no start time is required \u2014 leave it empty.<\/li>\n
                  5. Click “Save<\/strong>” to complete the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    • After saving the booking appears at the top of the assigned employee’s column with an hourglass icon instead of a time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      You can move any booking to a different time or a different employee directly from the calendar by dragging and dropping without opening and editing the booking.<\/p>\n

                      Moving a Booking to a Different Time<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      • In the day or week view press and hold on the booking you want to move.<\/li>\n
                      • Drag it up or down within the same column to the desired time.<\/li>\n
                      • Drop it in the new time slot.<\/li>\n
                      • A confirmation message appears showing the changes made to the booking time \u2014 click “Confirm<\/strong>” to complete the action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        • The booking time updates automatically and appears in its new position on the calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                • A new column named “Unassigned Employee<\/strong>”\u00a0appears at the beginning of the calendar collecting all bookings not assigned to any employee.<\/li>\n
                                • Waiting bookings appear at the top of this column as well before scheduled bookings.<\/li>\n
                                • You can drag any booking from the “Unassigned Employee<\/strong>” column and drop it into a specific employee’s column to assign it directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                      • Use the month view to get an overview of your bookings and identify busy days.<\/li>\n
                                      • Use the week view for weekly planning and monitoring how bookings are distributed across employees.<\/li>\n
                                      • Use the day view to manage a specific day’s bookings precisely and add bookings in empty time slots.<\/li>\n
                                      • Waiting bookings at the top of each column remind you of clients waiting for a confirmed time \u2014 handle them first.<\/li>\n
                                      • To move a booking to another employee drag it directly to the desired employee’s column instead of opening and manually editing the booking.<\/li>\n
