  1. From the main menu, click “Employees<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Employee “Manage Employees<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  3. Search for your employee profile.<\/li>\n
  4. Open your profile after completing the search.<\/li>\n
  5. Go to the “Employee Custody<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Custody date<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Custody amount<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Remaining balance<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Status:<\/strong> Open \/ Settled \/ Closed \/ Bad Debt<\/li>\n
    • Actions:<\/strong> View, Add Settlement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. From the “Employee Custody<\/strong>” tab inside your employee profile, click “View<\/strong>” next to the custody you want to review.<\/li>\n
      2. A page will open displaying all custody details, settlements, and balances.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. From the Custodies tab inside your employee profile, click “Add Settlement<\/strong>” next to the required custody.\u00a0Enter the settlement details:\n
            \n
          • Select the settlement type.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Enter the amount.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Select the settlement date.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Add any related notes.<\/strong> (Optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Click “Save<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
