You will be directed\u00a0to the screen displayed in the image below, where you have to\u00a0enter the booking information; first, select the service required.<\/p>\n

If the staff that you need to add doesn\u2019t appear here then make sure that you have assigned the service in the booking to the employee<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Choose the client whom you\u2019re booking the appointment for from the dropdown menu under \u201c<\/span>Select Client<\/b>\u201d if the patient already exists in the clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case it is the patient\u2019s first appointment, click on \u201c<\/span>+ Client<\/b>\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

By completing the previous steps, you will be able to successfully book an appointment for a client with the chosen staff member at the selected time and day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click on “Convert to Invoice<\/strong>“, and you’ll be directed to the invoice screen.<\/p>\n

In the client field, the client will be already selected from the booking you have previously created as well as the service and its price.<\/p>\n

The following screen will appear showing the booked appointments with each appointment\u2019s details<\/p>\n

then click \u201cNew Appointment<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n
