font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|font_size:28|text_align:center|color:%2304306b|line_height:2&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1711276199664{margin-left: 200px !important;background-color: #f6f9fc !important;border-radius: 4px !important;}&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div id=\"\" class=\"post-content-body-section\">\n<p>First, make sure to <strong>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/en\/tutorial\/enabling-the-sms-app\/\">Activate the SMS app<\/a>\u201d<\/strong> and \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/en\/tutorial\/adding-an-sms-template\/\"><strong>Add an SMS template<\/strong><\/a>\u201d before starting to create the automatic sending rule.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"\" class=\"post-content-body-section\">\n<ol>\n<li>From the main menu, click on \u201c<strong>Templates<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Auto Reminder Rules<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u201c<strong>Add<\/strong>\u201d button and select from the dropdown menu \u201c<strong>New Case Rule<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11936\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/law-firm-20.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1183\" height=\"633\" srcset=\"https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/law-firm-20.png 1183w, https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/law-firm-20-300x161.png 300w, https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/law-firm-20-1024x548.png 1024w, https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/law-firm-20-768x411.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1183px) 100vw, 1183px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"\" class=\"post-content-body-section\">\n<p>Enter the case rule data as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong>: Enter the name of the case rule as required<\/li>\n<li><b>Case Status<\/b>: Choose from the dropdown the desired case status to be sent\n<ul>\n<li>For more details on adding custom statuses for cases, refer to the guide \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/en\/tutorial\/editing-the-statuses-list-of-work-orders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Work\u00a0 Order Statuses List<\/strong><\/a>\u201c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timing Field<\/strong>: Choose from the dropdown when to send the message automatically, either:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Created Date<\/strong>: The date when the case is created in the system<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modified Date<\/strong>: The date when the case is updated in the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send On<\/strong>: Choose from the dropdown when to send the message, either:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Instantly:<\/strong> The message will be sent right on the specified case creation or modification date<\/li>\n<li><strong>After<\/strong>\u00a0The message will be sent after the specified creation or modification date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter the number of hours\/days\/months for sending after creating or modifying the case<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send To<\/strong>: Choose from the dropdown the message destination, either \u201c<strong>Client<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>Assigned Staff<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n<li><strong>Channel<\/strong>: Choose from the dropdown \u201c<strong>SMS<\/strong>\u201d or &#8220;<strong>Email<\/strong>&#8221; as the desired send method<\/li>\n<li><strong>Channel Template<\/strong>: Choose from the dropdown the desired template\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Notes:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>You can click on the \u201c<strong>New Template<\/strong>\u201d button next to \u201c<strong>Channel Template<\/strong>\u201d to add a new template<\/li>\n<li>For more details on how to add a new template, refer to the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/en\/tutorial\/adding-an-sms-template\/\"><strong>Add SMS Template<\/strong><\/a>\u201d guide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active<\/strong>: Click on this checkbox to set this sending rule to \u201c<strong>Active<\/strong>\u201c, or uncheck to deactivate<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valid Until<\/strong>\u00a0Determine the duration for which the sending rule is valid for a specific work order, selecting either (<strong>hour<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>day<\/strong>, or\u00a0<strong>month<\/strong>) from the dropdown\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Example:<\/strong> If you select one day as the rule\u2019s validity, the system will attempt to send a message for a case.
