  1. Select the\u00a0\u201cClient\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0from the account client list.<\/li>\n
  2. Set the date and time of the appointment from the\u00a0\u201cDate\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0field.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the\u00a0\u201cDuration\u201d<\/strong> value to set the period the appointment will take.<\/li>\n
  4. Select the required action from the\u00a0\u201cActions\u201d<\/strong> list.<\/li>\n
  5. Add\u00a0\u201cNotes\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0for the appointment in the attached text editor with formatting tools.<\/li>\n
