The yearly product sales report displays all sales invoices, segmented annually based on the period defined during the report view.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Steps to view the yearly Product Sales Report <\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Click on the \u201cReports<\/strong>\u201d menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cSales Reports<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n
  3. From the \u201cSales Reports<\/strong>\u201d page, select the \u201cYearly Product Sales<\/strong>\u201d report.\n
      \n
    1. Select\u00a0\u201cDetails\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to view the data for each invoice separately.<\/li>\n
    2. Select\u00a0\u201cSummary\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to view the total amounts of invoice transactions in the specified period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. After viewing the report, you can apply several additional filters, which are:\n
        \n
      • Item:<\/strong> Choose the product for which to display sales in the report, or you can view the report for all products.<\/li>\n
      • Invoice:<\/strong> Specify the type of transactions you want to display for each product, whether Sales Invoice<\/strong>, Refund Receipt<\/strong>, or All<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Invoice Status:<\/strong> Specify the manual status for invoices or all statuses for which to display the report.<\/li>\n
      • Category:<\/strong> Select a specific category or all categories for which to display the report.<\/li>\n
      • Store:<\/strong> Select the warehouse for which to display transactions only or select \u201cAll\u201d<\/strong> to display transactions for all warehouses.<\/li>\n
      • Brand:<\/strong> Select the brand for which to display transactions only or select \u201cAll Brands\u201d<\/strong> to display transactions for all brands.<\/li>\n
      • Client:<\/strong>\u00a0Choose the client for which to display the sales report.\n
          \n
        • If no specific client is selected, the system will display the report for all clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Staff:<\/strong> Select a specific user or all users for which to display the report on invoices added by them.<\/li>\n
        • Date Range:<\/strong> You can use this field to specify the start and end of the period for which to display the report.<\/li>\n
        • Currency:<\/strong>\u00a0Select the currency in which to display the report.<\/li>\n
        • Branch:<\/strong>\u00a0Select one or more branches to display the sales report for their invoices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Once the filters are adjusted, click on \u201cShow Report<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n
        • You can print the report from \u201cPrint<\/strong>\u201d or export it to a\u00a0CSV<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0EXCEL<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0PDF<\/strong>\u00a0file from the export options.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
