The system enables you to add a number of custom fields in the work order to enter extra info that appear in the work order template when saving it.<\/p>\n

  1. From the main menu, click on \u201cWork Orders\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select from the menu \u201cWork Orders Settings\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the field titled \u201cCustom Fields\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. You can select the type of fields required from the list on the right , such as (single line, multiple lines, number, dropdown, checkbox, date, and others).<\/li>\n
  5. Click and drag the desired field to the empty space until a frame appears indicating the field\u2019s position on the screen.<\/li>\n
  6. A pop-up screen immediately appears with \u201cField Settings\u201d<\/strong>, which includes:\n
