  1. From the main menu, click on “Employees<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on “Manage Employees<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the profile of the employee you wish to send the QR Code link to.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on “Setup Attendance\u00a0 Mobile App”<\/strong> at the top right\u00a0 of the page.<\/li>\n
  5. Ensure that the attendance app is downloaded on the employee’s phone.<\/li>\n
  6. On this page, you can do the following:\n
      \n
    • Scan the QR code image from the app.<\/li>\n
    • Send the QR Code link directly to the employee via WhatsApp.<\/li>\n
    • Copy the QR Code link and send it to the employee through any other means of communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
