The system allows you to add a Purchase Refund<\/strong> within a workflow, helping you manage return transactions and keep them linked to your workflow in an organized way. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. From the main menu, go to “Workflows”<\/strong>, then select “Manage Workflows”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Choose the workflow you want to add the Purchase Refund to<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the “Add”<\/strong> button<\/li>\n
  4. From the dropdown menu, select “Purchase Refund”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Enter the required refund details<\/li>\n
  6. Click “Save”<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong>
