This feature allows you to approve or reject multiple leave requests at once, helping speed up the approval process and reduce the time spent handling requests individually.<\/span><\/p>\n

Steps to Approve or Reject Leave Applications in Bulk<\/b><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Go to <\/span>Attendance<\/b> from the main menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on <\/span>Leave Application<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select the checkbox next to the leave requests you want to process.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. At the top of the page, click the options menu next to the <\/span>Actions<\/b> button.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Choose one of the following actions:<\/span>\n
      \n
    • Approve<\/b><\/li>\n
    • Reject<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Enter the reason for approval or rejection.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>Submit <\/b>to apply the action to all selected requests.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Notes<\/b><\/h4>\n

      Note 1:<\/b>
      \n<\/b>A single unified reason will be applied to all selected leave requests.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Note 2:<\/b>
      \n<\/b>Requests that have already been processed (approved or rejected) will be automatically skipped.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Note 3:<\/b>
