  1. From the main menu, click on “Settings”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select from the list “Account Information”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. From the Account Information screen, click on “Accounts Dashboard”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the three dots “…”<\/strong> located below the word Enter.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on “Erase Account Data”<\/strong>\n

    • Make sure to choose “Erase Account Data”<\/strong> and not to click on “Cancel Account”<\/strong> so as not to permanently delete your account.<\/li>\n
    • If the option “Erase Account Data”<\/strong> doesn’t appear on the page, please contact the technical support team via email: support@daftra.com<\/strong>, providing your account details like “Account Info Number” and “Support PIN” so they can reset the account for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Enter your email and password and then click “Next”<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • You will receive a confirmation message regarding your account data reset request. Click on “I’m sure, erase account data”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If you proceed to reset your account data, any transactions or actions added to the account will be deleted, including all templates and any “Custom\/Implemented designs”<\/strong> that have been added.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
