Adding Notes\/ Attachments <\/h2>\n

  1. Click on \u201cClients\u201d<\/strong> from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cManage Clients\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the desired client\u2019s file.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the button \u201cAdd Note\/Attachment\u201d<\/strong> within the client\u2019s file.<\/li>\n
  5. Adjust the \u201cDate\u201d<\/strong> field by adding the date and time of recording the notes and attachments.<\/li>\n
  6. Select the executed action from the list of Action Performed.\n
