What is the loyalty points conversion factor?<\/h2>\n

The Loyalty Points Conversion Factor refers to the rule that governs the monetary value attributed to each loyalty point a client has. It is the reverse process of the loyalty rule that determines the number of points a client earns based on their monetary transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

For Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you set the conversion factor to 5 pounds per point, a discount of 5 pounds will be applied for each loyalty point used by the client on any invoice.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you set the conversion factor to 0.1 pounds per point, a discount of 1 pound will be applied for every 10 points used by the client on any invoice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Managing Loyalty Points Conversion Factor in Invoices<\/h2>\n

  1. Click on \u201cLoyalty Points\u201d<\/strong> from the main menu.<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cSettings\u201d<\/strong>.<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Adjust the desired settings.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>\n

    • Client Loyalty Credit Type:<\/strong> is set as Client Loyalty by default.<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Conversion Factor:<\/strong> Enter the currency amount equivalent to one loyalty point (e.g., if you enter a conversion factor of 10, the discount value for the client will be 10 pounds per point).<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Allow Decimal:<\/strong> Enable this setting if the the loyalty points credit includes decimals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Click \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>.<\/span>
