The system allows you to create a Shipping Waybill<\/strong> template and link it to any invoice. Follow the steps below to complete the process:<\/p>\n

1. Create a Shipping Waybill Template<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • To begin setting up the waybill, go to the templates:<\/li>\n
  • From the main menu, go to \u201cTemplates\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Select \u201cPrintable Templates\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Click \u201cInvoice\/Estimate Layouts\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Click \u201cNew Layout\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Choose one of the available Layouts.<\/li>\n
  • Change the invoice title to \u201cShipping Waybill\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Click \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> to create the template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Add the Template to Voucher Models<\/h3>\n

    After saving, the system will return you to the Print Templates page:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Click the Actions (\u2026)<\/strong> button next to the template you created.<\/li>\n
    • Select \u201cMark as Voucher\u201d<\/strong> from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      This will make the Shipping Waybill template available for use inside invoices.<\/p>\n

      3. Use the Shipping Waybill Inside an Invoice<\/h3>\n

      To add the waybill to a specific invoice:<\/p>\n

      • Go to \u201cSales\u201d<\/strong>, then select \u201cManage Invoices\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Open the invoice you want to attach the waybill to.<\/li>\n
      • Click the \u201cVouchers\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
      • Select the \u201cShipping Waybill\u201d<\/strong> template you previously created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
