To add a new pricing rule for car rentals, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. From the main menu, go to “Rental & Car Management”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select “Rental Pricing Rules”.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Click the “Add Pricing Rule” <\/strong>button.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Enter the Following Details:\n
      \n
    • Pricing Rule Name:<\/strong> Enter the name of the rule.<\/li>\n
    • Status:<\/strong> Choose whether the pricing rule is Active<\/strong> (to make it available for use) or Inactive <\/strong>(to disable it).<\/li>\n
    • Currency:<\/strong> Select the currency that will be used for price calculation.<\/li>\n
    • Pricing Method:<\/strong> Choose how the price will be calculated, whether per Day<\/strong>, per Hour<\/strong>, or per Day and Hour<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Day Price:<\/strong> Enter the daily rental rate for the vehicle under this rule.<\/li>\n
    • Hour Price:<\/strong> Enter the hourly rental rate if the rental is charged by the hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
