If you want to view the invoices that have been sent to the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and check the status of each e-invoice, you can easily do so using the Advanced Search<\/strong> feature within the Invoices Management<\/strong> section by following these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. From the main menu, go to “Sales”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select “Invoices Management”<\/strong> from the submenu.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the “Advanced Search”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  4. From the search options, choose “Electronic Invoice Status”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the status you wish to display (e.g., Submitted \u2013 Valid \u2013 Rejected<\/em>)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Then, click “Search”<\/strong> to view the matching results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The system will display a list of invoices that have been sent to ZATCA, along with the detailed status of each invoice.<\/p>\n
