Step 1:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. From the main menu, go to \u201cSettings<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to \u201cAccount Information<\/strong>\u201d to verify your details.<\/li>\n
  3. Click \u201cDownload Backup<\/strong>\u201d to save a copy of your current data before making any changes.<\/li>\n
  4. Make sure the \u201cProducts<\/strong>\u201d option is enabled so that product options appear.<\/li>\n
  5. Click \u201cDownload<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Open the file you downloaded.<\/li>\n
    2. Delete all columns except the “Product Name<\/strong>” column.<\/li>\n
    3. Add a new column called Quantity.<\/li>\n
    4. In this column, enter the value 0 in all rows for every product.<\/li>\n
    5. Save the file after editing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Step 3:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      1. From the main menu, go to \u201cInventory<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
      2. Select \u201cManage Stocktaking<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Click \u201cAdd Stocktaking\u201d<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      4. Choose the warehouse.<\/li>\n
      5. Click \u201cDo Stocktaking<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
      6. From the stocktaking page, click \u201cImport<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
      7. In Delimiters select \u201cComma Separated<\/strong>\u201d (CSV) as the format.<\/li>\n
      8. Click \u201cNext Step<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Step 4:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        1. In the import window, you will see mapping fields.<\/li>\n
        2. Map the \u201cName\u201d<\/strong> column in your file to the \u201cProduct\u201d<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
        3. Map the \u201cCount\u201d<\/strong> column to the \u201cPhysical Count\u201d<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
        4. Check the box \u201cSkip errors While importing\u201d<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        5.
