If the code does not appear in the invoice template, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"198\" data-end=\"248\">Activate the Jordanian e-Invoice Application<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"506\">\n<li data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"296\">\n<p data-start=\"251\" data-end=\"296\">From the main menu, click \u201c<strong>Settings<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"337\">\n<p data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"337\">Select \u201c<strong>App Manager<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"424\">\n<p data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"424\">Enable the \u201c<strong>Jordanian e-Invoice<\/strong>\u201d app under the \u201cSales\u201d app.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"506\">\n<p data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"506\">Return to the invoice view and ensure the QR Code appears on the template.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"611\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: The QR Code only appears when the integration with the Jordanian e-Invoice system is activated.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"675\">Adding the QR Code to a New Invoice Template<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"1149\">\n<li data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"721\">\n<p data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"721\">From the main menu, click \u201c<strong>Templates<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"760\">\n<p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"760\">Select \u201c<strong>Printable Templates<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"814\">\n<p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"814\">Click the \u201c<strong>Invoice and Estimates Layouts\u201d<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"846\">\n<p data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"846\">Click the \u201c<strong>New Layout<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"990\">\n<p data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"990\">Choose one of the available template layouts (all templates include the QR Code, but it is recommended to select the \u201c<strong>Tax Invoice<\/strong>\u201d template).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1056\">\n<p data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1056\">Check the option \u201c<strong>Make this layout the default template<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1081\">\n<p data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1081\">Click \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1149\">\n<p data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1149\">Create a new invoice, and you will find the QR Code displayed directly below the invoice title.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1293\">Note: The QR Code is displayed after the invoice is sent from the system to the Fawtara portal, and its status is validated as Valid.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1365\">Adding the QR Code to an Existing Invoice Template<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1600\">\n<li data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1411\">\n<p data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1411\">From the main menu, click \u201c<strong>Templates<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1450\">\n<p data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1450\">Select \u201c<strong>Printable Templates<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1504\">\n<p data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1504\">Click the \u201c<strong>Invoice and Estimates Layouts<\/strong>\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1558\">\n<p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1558\">Select your default template to open the editing screen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1600\">\n<p data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1600\">Insert the following variable in the desired location:<br \/>\n: <strong>{%sa_qr_code_image%}<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1729\">\n<p data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1729\">It is recommended to place it either under the \u201cB<strong>usiness Details<\/strong>\u201d section below the company name or in the \u201c<strong>Note<\/strong>\u201d section below the item table.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1754\">\n<p data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1754\">Click \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1884\">Note: The QR Code can be scanned using the Jordanian government\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.modee.sanad&amp;hl=ar&amp;pli=1\">Sanad<\/a> application, available on Google Play.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":29,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categories":[8245],"tags":[2904,4629,2428],"class_list":["post-38770","tutorial","type-tutorial","status-publish","hentry","category-e-invoicing-jordan-sales","tag---en","tag----en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.8 -
