  1. Click on the \u201cReports<\/strong>\u201d menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u201cAccounting Reports<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
  3. From the \u201cAccounting Reports<\/strong>\u201d page, choose the \u201cTrial Balance<\/strong>\u201d report.<\/li>\n
  4. After displaying the report, you can apply several additional filters:\n
      \n
    • Date Range: <\/b>This filter allows you to specify the time period for which you want to display data in the report by entering a start date and an end date.<\/li>\n
    • Account Type:<\/strong> Choose whether to display only main accounts or subaccounts.<\/li>\n
    • Main Account: This option lets you select a specific account or a group of accounts within the chart of accounts so that the report results are limited to these accounts only.<\/li>\n
    • Added By:<\/strong> Use this filter to display entries entered by a specific user.<\/li>\n
    • Accounts Branch:<\/strong> This filter allows you to choose whether to display data for the main branch, a specific sub-branch, or all branches.<\/li>\n
    • Display All Accounts:<\/strong> The system provides several options for account display:\n
        \n
      • Show All Accounts:<\/strong> Display all accounts regardless of activity or balance.
        \n<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Show Accounts with Transactions:<\/strong> Display only accounts that had transactions during the specified period.
        \n<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Hide Zero Transactions Accounts:<\/strong> Hide accounts with no transactions recorded.
        \n<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Hide Zero Balance Accounts:<\/strong> Hide accounts with a final balance of zero, even if they had transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Levels:<\/strong> Select a specific account level to display, or choose \u201cAll\u201d to display all levels.<\/li>\n
      • Cost Centers:<\/strong> Select one or multiple cost centers to display only their data in the report.<\/li>\n
      • Balance Before:<\/strong> This filter provides two ways to display balances:\n
          \n
        • Show Net Balances:<\/strong> Display the difference between total debit and total credit.
          \n<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n
        • Show All Balances:<\/strong> Display total debit and total credit separately for each account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Tags:<\/strong> If accounts or entries are tagged, you can use this filter to display only data linked to a specific tag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Once you adjust the filters, click \u201cView Report.<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n
