  2. Select “Products & Services<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  3. Check the boxes next to the products you want to stop tracking.<\/li>\n
  4. From the “Actions<\/strong>” button, choose “Export<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Open the exported Excel file.<\/li>\n
    2. Delete all columns that you do not need to update, keeping only the following columns:\n

      • Product Name<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Product Code<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Type\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Track Stock\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Tracking Type\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Save the file after editing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        2. Click “Import<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
        3. Select the file you edited and saved earlier.<\/li>\n
        4. Select the “Comma Separated<\/strong>” option.<\/li>\n
        5. Click “Next Step<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. From the data matching screen, link the following columns:\n

            • Product Code<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Type<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Track Stock<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Tracking Type<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Enable the option “Update an existing Product with new data<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
            • Select the “Product Code<\/strong>” field to specify the data to be tracked.<\/li>\n
            • Click “Import<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
