An estimate is a preliminary sales document you send to a prospective client with the details of the products or services and their estimated prices. This article explains how to create an estimate, save it and send or print it, and what happens after saving.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> You need the Add New Estimates to All Clients<\/strong> or Add New Estimates to His Own Clients<\/strong> permission. Without it, the system shows the message You are not allowed to access this page<\/strong>. To see all products when choosing items, you need the Invoice All Products<\/strong> permission; without it, you see only the products you added yourself. You can review each role’s permissions from the Roles<\/strong><\/a> screen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
