The income report in the system allows you to track all recorded income vouchers within a specific period, displayed in an aggregated view. This enables you to accurately monitor cash flows, compare the performance of different branches or treasuries, and support financial decision-making based on actual revenue movements.<\/p>\n

  1. From the main menu, go to “Reports<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  2. Select “Accounting Reports<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  3. From the “Incomes Periodic Reports<\/strong>” list, choose the income report by Period (Daily \u2013 Weekly \u2013 Monthly \u2013 Yearly<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
  4. Alternatively, define the details you wish to display from within the report screen, with filtering options available by: yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, category, staff, vendor, treasury, or branch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Report Contents<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • View Mode:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Summary<\/strong>: Displays only the date with the total amount.<\/li>\n
      • Details<\/strong>: Displays all related data for each receipt voucher, such as (Code \u2013 Date \u2013 Treasury \u2013 Category \u2013 Vendor \u2013 Journal account \u2013 Staff \u2013 Note \u2013 Branch \u2013 Amount – Tax – Total with Tax).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

        Chart:<\/strong> Illustrates the movement of receipt vouchers during the selected period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
