Step 1: Create the New Template<\/h2>\n

  1. From the main menu, go to Templates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Prefilled Templates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Search with the desired client.<\/li>\n
  4. In the Invoice Layout <\/strong>field, choose the desired template.<\/li>\n
  5. In the Template Name<\/strong> field, enter the name of the new template.<\/li>\n
  6. In the Adjustment<\/strong> field, type the word Discount<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2: Repeat the Template Addition Step<\/h2>\n

    To ensure a default customer is set in Invoice Management, repeat the process of adding the template using the same steps above.<\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong> If you do not create another new template, the option to set a default customer in Invoice Management will not appear.<\/p>\n

    Step 3: Set the Template as the Default Template<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Go to General Invoice\/Estimate Settings,\u00a0<\/strong>from “Sales Settings”<\/strong> screen.<\/li>\n
    2. A new field will appear named Default Prefilled Template, <\/strong>select from it the default template you want to use when creating invoices.<\/li>\n
    3.
