Step 1: Create the Terms and Conditions file<\/h3>\n

  1. From the main menu, go to Templates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Terms and Conditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Add New Terms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the file title<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. If there are any attachments related to the terms and conditions, upload them in the Attachments<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2: Set up displaying the Terms and Conditions in the invoice<\/h3>\n

    1. Go to Sales Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Select Invoicing settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. In the Invoicing Method<\/strong> field, choose Both (Print & Email)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. From Manage Clients<\/strong>, open the profile of the client you want to link to the invoice and make sure the Invoicing Method field is set to Send by Mail<\/strong>. Also, make sure the clients\u2019s email address is added.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Step 3: Send the invoice with the Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n
