  1. From the main menu, go to Clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Client Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. In the Clients Settings<\/strong> tab, enable Send Client Details Via Messaging Apps<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Go to Manage Messages and Platforms<\/strong>, then select WhatsApp<\/strong> from the dropdown menu below social media options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Write your message, and click the icon next to the message field to insert variables (such as the client\u2019s name) so they are automatically included in the message text.<\/li>\n
  6. Open the profile of the customer you want to message from “Manage Clients”<\/strong>, then click Send via WhatsApp<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
