(<strong>To match: from Reports \u2192 Accounting Reports \u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/en\/tutorial\/viewing-the-income-statement-report\/\">Income Statement<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Depreciation Expense:<\/strong> A non-cash expense added back to net income since it does not represent an actual cash outflow. (<strong>To match: from Reports \u2192 Accounting Reports \u2192 Assets<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Increase in Accounts Receivable:<\/strong> Indicates that the company has extended more credit to its customers, resulting in a cash outflow (decrease in liquidity). (<strong>To match: from Clients \u2192 Clients Reports \u2192 Clients Balances<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Increase in Accounts Payable:<\/strong> Indicates that the company has delayed payments to suppliers, which provides a cash inflow. (<strong>To match: from Reports \u2192 Purchase Reports \u2192 Supplier Balances<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Increase in Inventory:<\/strong> Purchasing additional inventory consumes cash, showing as a cash outflow.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1471\"><strong>Total Cash Flow from Operations:<\/strong> Net result of all operational items.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cash Flow from Investments:<\/strong> In this section, you can review cash movements related to the purchase or sale of long-term assets, which include:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cash Received from Asset Sales:<\/strong> Cash inflow from selling fixed assets or investments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cash Spent on Asset Purchases:<\/strong> Cash outflow from acquiring new assets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total Cash Flow from Investments:<\/strong> Net result of all investment activities.<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cash Flow from Finance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Increase in Common Stock:<\/strong> Cash inflow from issuing or selling new shares.
