Daftra allows you to manually add a new installment to an existing lease contract. This step is useful for updating the installment schedule, recording additional payments, or modifying the payment plan. You can enter the required installment information such as date and amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

Steps to add an installment:<\/b><\/h2>\n

  1. From the main menu, select <\/span>“Rental & Unit Management”<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on <\/span>“Lease Contracts”<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click the actions button next to the desired lease contract.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>“View”<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click on the <\/span>“Add Installment”<\/b> button.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Enter the installment details.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click “Save”<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
