  1. From the main menu, click on \u201cAttendance<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cAttendance Days<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the \u201cImport File<\/strong>\u201d button.\n
      \n
    • Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure that each column in the file matches the columns in the system:\u00a0Employee<\/strong>,\u00a0Date\/Time.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Select the ready attendance days file in the CSV format supported by the system for file imports.<\/li>\n
    • Select the format of the uploaded file:\n
        \n
      • Comma Separated<\/li>\n
      • Semicolon Separated<\/li>\n
      • Tab-Delimited\n
          \n
        • Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Most of the time, the\u00a0Comma Separated<\/strong>\u00a0format is the most suitable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • To only import the first row from the attendance record file, click on the checkbox\u00a0\u201cImport First Row\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Click on the \u201cNext Step<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/li>\n
        • Click on the checkbox\u00a0\u201cIgnore errors while importing\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Click on the \u201cImport<\/strong>\u201d button located at the top right of the screen.<\/li>\n
        • The software will provide you with a clear statement of the attendance days that were successfully imported.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          • Notes:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • The Date\/time column inside the file should be in the following format: 1\/1\/2021 9:00<\/li>\n
            • Please contact our technical support team for more information about the supported file formats and how to prepare them for uploading to the system.<\/li>\n
