The system allows you to send client appointments via WhatsApp, making communication easier.<\/p>\n

To enable this feature, you need to first follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Ensure that the option “Send Appointments Details Via Messaging Apps”<\/strong> is activated in the Client’s Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on “Manage Messages and Platforms” <\/strong>to display WhatsApp or other available communication methods, as well as the basic variables that appear in the message by default. You can edit this default message using the “Text Message” field.<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure that a “mobile” number is added to the customer’s profile so that the option to send the appointment via WhatsApp will appear after saving it.<\/li>\n
  4. If the number is added in the “Phone Number” field instead of the “Mobile Number” field, the option to send the appointment via WhatsApp will not appear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
