You can add notes and attach related documents by uploading them to the employee leave applications on the account, specifying the date and time of the note or attachment.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on “Attendance”<\/strong> from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on “Leave Applications”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the leave application you want to edit.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the “Add Note\/Attachment”<\/strong> button and enter the details as follows:\n

    • Date and Time:<\/strong> Specify the date and time of adding the note or attachment.<\/li>\n
    • Note:<\/strong> Enter the required notes in the text box.<\/li>\n
    • Attachments:<\/strong> Upload the required files as attachments to the leave application by clicking the “Upload”<\/strong> button or dragging and dropping the file.<\/li>\n
    • Tags:<\/strong> Tags are used to specify the status of the leave application or filter applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
