The system provides you with the ability to add attachments or notes to your estimates, making it easier for you to keep all the estimate-related information in one place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  1. Click on\u00a0\u201cSales\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on\u00a0\u201cManage Estimates\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the estimate to which you want to add notes\/attachments.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the \u201cAdd Note\/Attachment\u201d<\/strong> button at the top of the estimate display window.<\/li>\n
  5. Set the\u00a0\u201cDate\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0\u201cTime\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0fields by entering the date and time of recording the notes\/attachments.<\/li>\n
  6. Select the action performed from the available options in the actions menu.<\/li>\n
  7. You can change the estimate status by changing the option chosen\u00a0 in the \u201cUpdate Status To\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0field and selecting the required status from the list.\n
