The displayed choices update based on your database changes, like showing a new product in a dynamic dropdown list as soon as it\u2019s added to the system, without needing manual data entry on your part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Additional Fields Properties:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General properties for static fields:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Field Label:<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the field name that appears to the user. It acts as a title for the required data in this field and is a default field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Key:<\/strong>\u00a0A keyword used for easy access to this field later. If the keyword has multiple words, they are separated using an underscore (_). It\u2019s a default field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default Value:<\/strong>\u00a0A value you set for the field to automatically appear for the user when they want to fill the field. They can replace it with the value they want.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Placeholder:<\/strong>\u00a0A marginal text in a faint font that appears in the field to guide the user on the expected data entry, e.g.,\u00a0<strong>\u201cEnter username\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter by this Field?:<\/strong>\u00a0A switch that, when activated, uses this field to filter different data within the document containing the field.<\/li>\n<li><strong><label class=\"fs-12 mb-0\">List by this Field?<\/label><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> A switch that, when activated, lists the field data as a column in reports and when reviewing related data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auto Suggest:<\/strong>\u00a0A switch that, when activated, suggests suitable data to the user while typing, based on the database and previous user data for such a field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Min Length:<\/strong>\u00a0The minimum number of characters allowed in the field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Max Length:<\/strong>\u00a0The maximum number of characters allowed in the field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Is Required?:<\/strong>\u00a0If you want to mandate the user to input the required data for the field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allow Beside:<\/strong>\u00a0If you want this field to appear beside other fields and not on a separate line. This property is used to format the fields\u2019 appearance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Field Size:<\/strong>\u00a0To control the size of the field. Also used for formatting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>General properties for dynamic fields:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>All the properties of static fields.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entity:<\/strong>\u00a0To link the field with one of the system databases, like employees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Listing Field:<\/strong>\u00a0To select the type of data inside the database you want to show to the user in this field, like employee names.\n<ul>\n<li>Note: The data displayed to the user changes according to changes in the database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Available Additional Fields:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single Line Field:<\/strong>\u00a0A field that allows the user to input a single line of characters and numbers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-Lines Field:<\/strong>\u00a0A field that allows the user to input any number of lines of characters and numbers as they wish.<\/li>\n<li><strong>URL Field:<\/strong>\u00a0A field designated for entering links.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email Field:<\/strong>\u00a0A field designated for entering email addresses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phone Number:<\/strong>\u00a0A numeric field for entering phone numbers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date:<\/strong>\u00a0A field for selecting a date from a calendar, with the possibility to restrict the user to a specific time period to choose the date within.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> A numeric field for entering the timing or schedule related to the documents within the entry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Currency:<\/strong>\u00a0A field for entering financial amounts. You can either specify the currency or give the user the freedom to choose.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Number:<\/strong>\u00a0A field specifically for numbers. You can precise the decimal system or allowable fractions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Toggle:<\/strong>\u00a0With the help of the implementations department, you can control whether this button is activated for one of the fields or not.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Map Location:<\/strong>\u00a0A field where the user can add a map location using Google Maps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>File:<\/strong>\u00a0Allows the user to upload a file they wish to attach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Image:<\/strong>\u00a0A field where the user can attach an image and specify the maximum size for the image.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multiple Sub-Forms:<\/strong>\u00a0A field where you can add multiple custom fields so they can be repeated in the same order. For example, a combined field for a product name, its price, and quantity, where the user can control the number of combined fields they want by pressing a button. By activating the\u00a0<strong>allow sorting<\/strong>\u00a0button, you allow the user to control the order of the combined fields.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Separator:<\/strong>\u00a0A field where you can write any text or number on it, serving as a separator between different fields for organization and order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dropdown:<\/strong>\u00a0A field that allows you to add multiple choices from which the user can choose one. By activating the\u00a0<strong>\u201cIs Searchable?\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button, you give the user the privilege to search using this field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multiple Dropdown:<\/strong>\u00a0A field that allows you to add multiple choices from which the user can select one or more choices.
