An\u00a0\u201cAttendance Restriction\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0must be added in the account before assigning it to an employee\u2019s file. For more details, refer to the guide on\u00a0\u201cAdding Attendance Restriction\u201d<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on \u201cAttendance<\/strong>\u201d from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cAttendance Settings<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on\u00a0\u201cAttendance Restrictions\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Display the desired Attendance Restriction to assign users to it.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the \u201cAssign To Employees<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/li>\n
  6. Assign employees to the attendance restriction as follows:\n
      \n
    • Name<\/strong>: Write the required name of the employee.<\/li>\n
    • Rule Selection<\/strong>: You can determine the necessary rules for the required payroll, as follows:\n
        \n
      • Branch<\/strong>: Select the desired branch for the restriction from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n
      • Department<\/strong>: Select the desired department for the restriction from the dropdown menu, and you can also select all departments at once from the list.<\/li>\n
      • Designation<\/strong>: Select the desired designation for the restriction from the dropdown menu, and you can also select all designations at once from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Employee Selection<\/strong>: You can start typing the name of the employee for whom you want to assign the attendance restriction and select them from the dropdown list.\n
          \n
        • Note<\/strong>: If you choose employee selection, the rules will have no impact on the attendance restriction being created and vice versa. Therefore, use one of the two options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
